  Had an excellent experience buying a home with them three years ago. They helped me find financing and and an excellent home inspector. I use them for my insurance and I get my taxes done with them every year. They do it all! I even just picked up my Christmas tree from them as well! 🎄

  Integrity, trustworthy, efficient, reliable, responsive. These are the words that immediately come to mind when I recall my experiences with Charles Rueter, Inc.
  
  For the past 13 years, I have had the good fortune to reside in a property managed by Charles Rueter Inc. Out of all of the business dealings that I've had during this timeframe, the most consistently accommodating and positive interactions have been with this agency. Any time that I have called them or stopped by the office for service, support, or to drop off a payment, a professional staff member was available to greet me in a courteous manner. They have always ensured that my inquiry or transaction was handled expeditiously, or in a reasonable timeframe. This agency is well resourced and extremely knowledgeable, not only in the area of real estate; they have also on occasion provided sound advice regarding other financial services such as taxes, and a broad variety of insurance matters. The office environment is very warm and welcoming, yet operating with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  
  Then there is Roma... Roma has been my account manager extraordinaire, my primary contact for all of these years. She is AMAZING! I've never met a more honest, compassionate, flexible, good-natured, supportive yet straight-forward and decisive person. EVER! Roma is a master at client relations. I've personally witnessed her in action as she goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service while seeming to effortlessly manage a high volume of client records for the agency. Roma is much more than an account manager. Those who have truly reached out to her can attest to her unique blend of wit and candor, while providing personalized attention during each business encounter.
  
  On a personal note, Roma has seen me navigate through a multitude of ups and downs and countless challenges through the years; and although I sometimes falter and fall short of my financial goals, she has never wavered in her empathy, or her willingness and ability to devise a workable financial solution (one that results in a win-win for all parties). Roma has been an anchor for me and my family, and an excellent representative for the Charles Rueter agency.
  
  Final words: If you're looking for a rental property, considering home ownership, or need to find an agency to manage your property; you won't find a more well-managed or more engaged real estate agency than Charles Rueter Inc. -I'd give Charles Rueter Inc. 10 Stars if I could!!

  I give bad reviews where I think they are warranted and good where they are warranted. I look for people and companies with whom I work so as to be able to say something about services, customer service, individuals with in the company. I was so very shocked when I searched for Charles Rueter, Inc and found a review so negative.
  In 1992 Robert Rueter showed me five places and I settled on one. I have been in the same location now for 22 years. I can't say enough good things about Reuters. They have been responsive to any questions/problems/concerns I may have had over the years. I have sent several of my friends/neighbors to them and they all come back to me with raving reviews about the staff and the care that was taken of them. I could not send anyone to them if their customer service wasn't excellent.
  Roma (and I know this might embarrass her) is such a sweetheart. She is the staff member with whom I deal mostly and she has ALWAYS been so very supportive of me when I fell into financial hard times, when I need anything regarding the duplex I rent, when I need anything done in the house. She greets everyone who walks in the door with a huge and sincere smile and a listening ear.
  There is no way I'd be able to deal with Roma for the past 22 years if I only had negative experiences with her. She is the face of Charles Rueter, Inc. and I think is one of the very reasons Rueter is so successful. She exemplifies wanting to delight her customers.
  To Robert Rueter and, especially to Roma, I say 'Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care I've experienced over these 22 years.'
  And lest anyone think this is a 'fake' review .... I live on Brandon Road
  Oh .... sometimes over these 22 years, I have gone into the office to pay my rent and Roma wasn't there. Horror of horrors ... does she take vacation time?? Does she take a lunch? How dare she. So, on those times I just go to another staffer who is there and can help me. The office is NEVER empty.
