  I recently had the privilege of being treated by Joe and his amazing team at the Phoenix Physical Therapy Clinic. I can't express how thankful I am for the exceptional care and expertise they provided in addressing my upper back symptoms.
  
  From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel instantly at ease. Joe's professionalism and depth of knowledge were evident right from the start. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the diagnosis in a way that I could easily understand.   Everyone here is amazing. They make you feel at home right away. All your options and exercises are explained well and they care about making you feel better. I have worked with Kim and Pete. I would send everyone I know to them for therapy.

  A place where the receptionist greets you by name. You feel like a person. They talk with you not at you. You are heard and seen and they ALL work together for your healing. Great place. Joe was my PT and he was smart and caring. Sarah and Heather are the patient care coordinators but I would call them angels. Really a great place to get better!!

  5 stars for Phoenix PT! Joe, his staff & his students did their utmost to help put me on the mend. They are knowledgeable and thoughtful. They put my needs front & center. Joe was able to try a couple different things to help me with a difficult & unconventional knee problem. I highly recommend Phoenix & will forever be grateful that that is where I decided to go.

  From the first call to the final visit, the entire experience was a pleasure. Sarah was cheerful, professional, and highly efficient at scheduling appointments and handling payments. Dr. Hershey was patient and calm in answering my questions. He gave clear instructions on how to best care for my condition and improve my mobility. I left with a greater understanding of what I am dealing with, what lies ahead, and how to keep if from getting worse for as long as possible. I greatly appreciated that they treat you as a whole person and not just a damaged part. I would highly recommend them!
