Was a patient here and than at Ronkonkoma years ago. I can't speak for how it is today but if it weren't for them I wouldn't be where I am today. If you don't want help you aren't going to be open to it so you can't fault the facility. But than again it's been about 15years since I was there so I don't know if it's still ran the same. I owe alot to the staff who was there when I was there. Especially londi.

Was previously employed as, both, the Senior Administrator to the Wainscot, East Hampton "Academy" for troubled youths trying desperately to overcome they're diseases to various substance abuse issues & the nearby (administrative - non clinical) outpatient services, maintained to overcome similar diseases on a lesser degree that that of an "inpatient, therapeutic community" rigors. all in all, having been a patient myself, these services are very comprehensive & DO SERVE A VITAL NEED TO ASSIST WAYWARD YOUTHS IN the understanding of what exactly lies before them, were they to choose to continue a life of self-medicating their (often exaggerated simply cry for help and just someone to listen to them in they're often dark, dismal picture of what lies ahead in their future, which today is SOOOOO MUCH NOT the case!!!! They require the proper guidance & attention & love that many parents, nowadays, R reluctant to provide because of their own hectic schedules in living financially secure on Long Island.
