I called to get my motorcycle added to my insurance policy and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I experienced. I was with Allstate Insurance for over 20 years. I moved over to State Farm about 10 years ago because I shopped my car rates and State Farm was able to lower my car insurance by a significant amount. Jose Marin from day one has gone out of his way to lower my rates, and is always available when I have an issue. I was so impressed by the customer service with Jose Marin, I just moved my home owners policy over with State Farm as well. I highly recommend State Farm in New Windsor, NY and definitely ask for Jose Marin.

Overall I am very happy and pleased with State Farm agency. Been with them for over a decade now Mr. Williams and his staffing are very professional and courteous!! They was very helpful in the process with options with renting insurance policies guiding me through it step by step after I moving to New Windsor. I have had no problems or issues after enrolling into one of their policies. They have been very consistent with updates or any changes regarding their services.
