(April 5, 2023, 6:27 pm)Very caring and helpful staff, gentle and patient with my shy dog. Great technical skills and wonderful empathy. The doctor is very knowledgeable, well educated and very helpful to us. Does not cause us to undergo unnecessary extra tests. I love bringing my dog here.

(October 6, 2022, 3:56 pm)I don't know what we would do without these kind people. They truly care for our whole zoo of animals. They are reasonable, easy to work with, not aggressive with expensive/unnecessary treatments, and are very easy to get appointments/ask for advice.
I highly highly recommend this little local animal hospital. Pet's Friend rocks! -

(February 10, 2020, 3:40 pm)Dr. Alter and the rest of the staff at Pet's Friend Animal Hospital are so friendly and knowledgeable. As new puppy owners, we can be quite annoying with the worries and phone calls. The staff there NEVER makes us feel like a burden or that we're annoying with all the questions. They take such good care of out pup and she now loves to go there! We make the trip that is over a 30 minute drive just because we love the staff and Dr. Alter so much. This place has such a homey feel we wouldn't go back to a "big" animal hospital again. Highly recommend!
