  I just left after my first acupuncture appointment with Catherine and I left feeling no pain. The space is so calm and restful and roomy. I have been to acupuncture many times before but this was the first time I left a session experiencing such results. I had come in due to flank and back pain from a boating incident over a month ago. As a result I wasn’t able to sleep well and had, strangely enough, side abdominal pain. Catherine did acupuncture on the front side of me then had me lay on my back. As expected, I had the best rest (without falling asleep) in weeks but unexpectedly as I write earlier I experienced no pain! She also asked me to take magnesium and calcium to assist in the healing process. I’ll see her for three more weeks twice a week and anticipate feel 110% better. Add to this, my insurance pays for it with me paying a minimal copay (!)

  Mary therapeutically massaged the aches and pain from a specific area on my upper back and neck. She then gave clear instruction on the best aftercare. Two days later I am pain free. Will def be back and 13/10 would recommend.

  This was the first time I had ever tried something like acupuncture, but it was fascinating how Christine explained how certain muscle and nerve groups were connected. After the treatment, I was standing up straighter, and with tension released in my neck and face, there was a noticeable change in my smile. That was really cool to see!

  I still stand by my rating, but I have more to say. First of all, seeing Christine has been my first step back into taking charge of my health since the pandemic. I hadn't been to a physician in years, and seeing Christine had inspired me to get my health in check.
  
  Speaking of getting my health in check, I've been seeing Debbie Justs, one of the nutritionists there with the group. She has been terrific in educating me on the best meals and ingredients to get. I did her package of going to the store with her, and I loved it because that way I could actually see which products were good and which ones were bad. And honestly, we didn't eliminate a lot of what I eat. Most of the time, we simply found cleaner alternatives when it comes to ingredients and such. She is also great about communication and following up and keeping me in line. I've already lost a decent amount of weight, and we still have some time to go! Debbie also referred me to this great career coach, as well, and we are currently working on revamping my resume.
  
  Every interaction I have with the Healing Center has only bettered me, and I highly recommend these guys!

  This was my first experience with acupuncture.
  
  From my first phone call to gather information about their care of my condition and up to the coordination of payments and insurance, the ladies were extremely informative, helpful and ever so warm and friendly.
  
  My experience with my initial visit was wonderful.
  
  Both Jessica at reception and the acupuncturist Catherine paid close attention to me and my needs.
  
  I felt very comfortable and look forward to continuing the treatments towards a more healthy future.

  Debbie is great! Her personality makes you feel comfortable especially for someone like myself where weight is my vulnerability spot. Vulnerability is a hard thing for me. She understands your needs, she explains things is an easy fashion and she's always so helpful!! I’ve seen her for about a month or so now and have lost 10lbs! I’m really eager and excited to continue working with her and working towards my goals! She understands me and is patient, but also is able to encourage me when its needed. I really appreciate her and her expertise.
