(April 19, 2023, 10:40 am)I love the bike, I love the shop and I love the passion that Trish has for her work and her clients! Trish steered us in the right direction every step of the way. After putting mile after mile on my bike and needing to take it in for a tune-up, Trish and Pedego Stony Brook came through for us once again. They tuned my bike up and dropped it off at my home when it was done! What!? I didn't even ask for that service, she just offered! When I work with Pedego Stony Brook, my first thought is always "this is the way all retail should operate" oh, what a world that would be!
Updated 4.19.2023: Trish continues to impress me with her awesome customer service, diligence and work ethic. I took my bike for a tune-up, any parts that needed to be replaced were (with no cost because of my five-year warrant). Trish even took pictures of the old parts and delivered the bike to my garage! I didn't even ask her to do that, she just offered!
I highly recommend supporting this business, they will do right by you! Thank you Pedego! Thank you Trish! -
