(February 16, 2023, 1:19 pm)I was injured in a car accident, and the driver who caused the accident had minimum insurance. My lawyer Craig Purcell explained that I could obtain additional compensation for my injuries under my insurance policy, but only if the insurance company for the other driver offered the entire proceeds of his policy. Mr. Purcell turned down several smaller offers until the insurance company finally agreed to pay us the whole policy. He hung tough & now I can make a claim with my own insurance company. My lawyer Craig Purcell did an excellent job for me.
