  Beginner level climb, a little under 500 ft. elevation change. Nice views from summit, very undeveloped area, so forest as far as you can see. Pioneer Valley mountain range in full view.

  Perfect short well marked hike with a view! There's a little pond with goldfish. There's flat incline and rocky incline but nothing a dog or kid couldn't do. I started on the trail to the right going up and it was a nice loop and easy going down.

  Nice little loop trail up the mountain, not a super long trek, only a couple miles, possibly 3 ish if you were to zigzag thru a couple of the side trails.. but still nice for a quick hike, and pretty decent views up there! I was impressed! Not much in the way of water features for the puppers to cool off, but the little stream that came out near the bottom was good enough for my girl to lay down and cool off in for a few minutes! 🤷‍♂️😅🐶👍

  Fun fairly easy hike for the whole family. Beautiful views! Even a Geocache of two to be found... On the way back keep track of your map so you don't take the wrong trail.

  I have hiked here a number of times and have sampled most of the trails. This is a nice reservation with summit views and a westerly vista from a lower point on the mountain. Along the way to the top there is a small pond (Fire Pond) that has many critters to look for such as frogs, salamanders and a large group of goldfish. The trails aren't very difficult and they are marked well, especially at intersections. I have seen many families hiking here along with their dogs as well. Highly recommended especially if you are looking for an easy to moderate hike for the day.
