There was no judgement, just pure education, about food, habits, calories, and she was always there with a new, fun recipe to try, fitness tips. I have lost 20 lbs working with her, and have been able to maintain this new "me" with all the tools she taught me. She started out as my nutritionist, she is now my friend. Don't waste another day of excuses, do it for you!
