  From planning to completion the team did a great job! Chris, Stephanie, Super Joe and his crew - Steve and Joshua were professional, courteous, and hard working. The team paid attention to detail, listened to my concerns and made adjustments to ensure everything was completed timely and correctly. We are fully enjoying our new addition and highly recommend Peak.

  We recently hired Peak construction to convert our finished basement into a one bedroom apartment for our parents to have a permanent home with no stairs to climb.
  
  Peak did an amazing job planning the project. They assisted with design choices and were flexible when asked to implement creative problem solving when it came to integrating some of our home’s original features.
  
  Any minor issues that came up were solved fairly quickly and we are confident in the work they did and feel assured that the space will be comfortable and functional for decades to come. Special thanks to the construction team that pulled it all together for us!

  We had Peak finish our basement from raw concrete walls enclosing the mechanicals, adding a bedroom, bathroom, storage, and a large open space. Working with Jason was an absolute pleasure. From our first walk through scoping out the project through the final inspections Jason was thoroughly professional and responsive. We were away for much of the construction. Jason always texted or called with questions to verify what we wanted done. The quality of the materials and workmanship in all phases of the project were outstanding. We are so happy to have found Peak and Jason. Already have another project with them in the planning stages. Highly recommended!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Peak. They worked with our insurance company after some storm damage to design and build a new construction addition to our home.
  
  Chris was very clear and thorough as he made his recommendations upon the initial inspection, and worked diligently with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the final quote was adequate for what the build required.
  
  Joe was our project manager, and we're incredibly grateful for his kindness, sense of humor, and above-and-beyond communication. If there was anything at all that might be considered a problem, Joe brought it up promptly and detailed our options (even for the smallest things). We so appreciated this throughout the entire process.
  
  The crew was professional and did stellar work. We will always remember Steven, Josue, and Andrew. They were always courteous, fun to be around, and most importantly they did great work every step of the way.
  
  This was a long process to get from storm damage to finished room, and it's hard to imagine haven't gone through it all with anyone else. Thank you Peak!

  Peak Construction has done a lot of work for us over the past year and a half. They have been consistently great to work with. They were very responsive, even during busy times, and they communicated very clearly about the scope of the work and billing. We had them do foundation repairs, deck construction, siding replacement and exterior painting. All the work is excellent quality and everyone was very pleasant to interact with throughout the process. We would use them again!
