Even as a new mama for the 3rd time, I was so grateful for the space Christina created to be vulnerable and openly discuss the realities of trying to balance it all. I joined in on a couple mommy meet-ups that were hosted at Good Health Acupuncture and felt so supported during these meetings. Thanks to these meet-ups, I was provided a recommendation to a sleep specialist and have since successfully sleep trained our little one. I went to these meetings as a sleep-deprived mama hanging on by a thread and I can honestly say thanks to this experience (& Christina) I’m now rested and encouraging all mamas to prioritize themselves. Starting with a mommy meet-up! ♥️

I was able to attend a ‘mom meet up’ and wasn’t disappointed. It was nice to be surrounded by other moms dealing with similar struggles and issues as I was. If you're able to go, you won’t regret it.

Christina is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has a way of listening and offering advice that doesn’t feel judgmental or overwhelming. You can tell she has a true passion for what she does!

Christina was so kind and insightful when I needed help with my little one’s sleep schedule! She really listened to what was going on with us, shared links to credible resources and helped me brainstorm a routine that would work for us. Most importantly- she reassured me that what we were going through was normal and that I was still a good mom!
