  The staff and residents make Country Meadows an enjoyable place to live. The facility is beautiful inside and out. From the time you move in you are greeted by all staff by your name and everyone is very helpful. The variety of activities is good with fitness classes, excursions, shopping and entertainment. We strive to connect with our local community police, fire, restaurants, events and arts.

  Being a Nurse at Country meadows Forks means so much to me. I have a personal connection and love for every single resident and coworker at this beautiful campus. We are a big happy family! A wise man once told me “When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.” -I haven’t worked in years!

  My first impression was based solely on the appearance of the well maintained grounds and building. Then upon entering the lobby, the warmth and care was obvious in the way we were greeted. The residents and staff alike were friendly, with a genuine, happy and uplifting spirit. I have no doubt my mother is well cared for; physically, emotionally and mentally. She participates in the plentiful activities and her appetite is better than it’s been in years. I look forward to my visits with her.

  My mom has been in Connections, the memory care unit, for almost a year now. Her every need is met with care and compassion...from getting dressed every morning, bathing, medications being administered and to three meals served to her in a beautiful dining room. Every day is filled with an extensive schedule of fun activities to do. The activities are too numerous to list but include singing, playing bingo, arts and crafts, going for rides into the country and enjoying entertainment from guest musicians. My mom's days are filled with engaging people and activities.
  
  The staff personnel from Country Meadows are exceptional, from being greeted in the lobby with a smile, to the nurses, to the wonderful aides. There are also many support programs if an individual needs that, such as physical therapy and speech therapy. The staff that also does a great job--cooks and housekeeping-- but that you don't see because they are behind the scenes, make Country Meadows of Forks a well run and pleasant community to be a part of.
  
  I am totally satisfied with every aspect that Country Meadows has to offer and would highly recommend this community to others!
