  We had our water softener installed about 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently we had scheduled service and everything went as planned - they arrived at the agreed upon time and were very helpful. I also recently had salt delivery (I usually pick it up) and that too went very well. They are very efficient and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

  First and foremost, the customer service provided by Passaic Bergen Water Softening was impeccable. The staff, especially the installer Mark, was courteous, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and guided me through the entire process with utmost care. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my needs and were dedicated to providing the best solution for my home.
  
  The installation process was smooth and efficient, again, Mark was simply awesome. He arrived on time, well-equipped, and demonstrated great skill in setting up the water softening system as well a a whole house filter and an RO system. It was a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
