  Knowledgeable Justin helps me to enjoy my days and stretches me to reach a 100!

  Fantastic program and fantastic people! Great variety of exercises within one workout and across multiple sessions- never boring. Always a professional and positive vibe that is very motivating. Appreciate the focus on executing moves safely and individualizing each person's weight/reps/activities to provide just the right level of challenge and growth. It's a great place!

  Justin is a motivating and supportive trainer! He welcomes personal challenges and helps create personal growth through his knowledge and expertise. His gym is extremely clean and provides such a comfortable, fun environment. I would highly recommend Patience and Consistency!

  Justin has been wonderful to work with! His workouts are effective and he tailors them to your personal goals. Each week Justin changes up our workouts to keep me motivated. He is highly communicative, checking in weekly. What I’ve enjoyed most about working with Justin is that he caters my workout / nutrition plan to my lifestyle and sets realistic and attainable goals.
  
  I now work in NYC and Justin has helped me move our training virtual. We continue to have regular check ins and Justin creates challenging and fun workout plans for me to do on my own each day. He also works with me to update my nutrition and macro targets after each check in. Justin helps me prioritize health and fitness through busy everyday life!

  Fantastic Personal Trainer, Amazing Workouts! Justin is incredibly friendly and highly qualified! He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! I highly recommend Patience & Consistency.
