  Ms. Elvina ,
  Your contract and agreement was emailed and received by you on November 4th. The gentleman who came in to pick up your order arrived early (9:50 a.m.) and was not happy that there was no one here to pull his order. As per my conversation with you when you placed your order, pickup would be at 10:30 - 2:00 p.m.. He was annoyed and said he would be back. Unfortunately, we are short staffed as are most small businesses today. When he came back, and I asked him if he wanted to take care of the paperwork so it would be done . He was aggressive with me and said he was not happy with our business practice. After leaving he called me and told me he was going to post a bad review. I did not hang up mid-conversation. I told him to have a nice day! Great way to support small businesses.

  Excellent work, friendly staff, accommodating. I would absolutely use them for another function. They cared about our event and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed.

  Party Zone Entertainment did our wedding this past November. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ company. They were so wonderful to work with and very professional. They had people on the dance floor the whole night and the party rocking. I had guests ask me the following day who our DJ company was because they loved the music and uplighting they provided. Highly recommend

  Rented tables and chairs for our son's first birthday and received fantastic service!!! While setting up one of the tables we discovered that the legs were broken. I called the company and spoke to a very pleasant woman! Within two hours I had a new table set and ready to go! Everyone from the gentlemen that pick up and deliver to customer service is OUTSTANDING! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
