  Pizza is excellent! Light and crispy. House made dough is light years ahead of the standard in the area.
  Classic pie is amazing but the sop/hot honey is unreal.

  Wow, just wow. I had to work late today and pass this place every day on my way home and decided to stop in for a couple slices for dinner. Pan and peel has immediately sprung to the top of my favorite pizza places I have ever been, including in the NYC! I got the soppressatta and hot honey traditional slice as well as the square white slice. This guy knows dough. The crust is crispy and light with an open crumb structure and the toppings ingredients are top shelf. I respect the heck out of any place that has a small menu that they execute incredibly well, and that's exactly what you get at Pan and Peel! I am supper excited that I drive past here every day because I am going to become a regular, though I fear for my waistline! This is Dave Portnoy level pizza, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a more elevated artisan style pizza!

  Pan and Peel has amazing pizza. We’ve ordered from here a number of times and loved. Yesterday we ordered a variety of pizzas for my daughters first birthday. They were ready on time, perfect the temperature, excellent quality, and absolutely yummy. We even kept them in the oven on warm and were equally yummy. I was so impressed and absolutely pleased. Very grateful for such a pleasant experience!

  The quality of the pizza at Pan and Peel is unmatched. The care and work that goes into the dough and ingredient selection by the King of Pizza and shop owner Eric makes this one of the best pizza restaurants in the northeast. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by for plain, hot honey, or white pizza as well as a freshly baked cookie.
  
  Support local and go give Eric's pizza a try. I guarantee you'll be wanting to go back for more.

  I was recommended this place by a good friend for our shared love of trying different pizza whenever possible. I’m a big fan of thin crispy crust.
  
  For the pizza I enjoy the most, which would be similar to what barstool one bite videos enjoy the most, this is one of the best pizza’s I have ever had.
  
  I got the pie have plain cheese and the other half with their signature hot honey and basil. Both slices were out of this world!
  
  I recommend trying a slice in person or in the parking lot before you leave to get the best version of what I’m describing.
  
  Look at the photos, the undercarriage cracks to the touch and your first bite from the front of the slice has a crisp with almost no flop.
  
  I also had a Sicilian White slice that was fantastic. All the flavor you would expect on a crispy thick light and bubbly crust.
  
  I can’t recommend this place enough. The owner and staff are super friendly as well! I would rate the cheese slice at a 9.7
