  A busy hot spot right on 82 in hopewell, needless to say it can get jammed up. However the quality of service and extremely reasonable prices have been consistent during the past decade I have been eating at this location.

  The bagels are the best that I have ever tasted.If you're in the area you must visit. One thing please don't get discouraged because of the long line it is worth the wait.

  Returned 11/25/22. New owners. Same awesome bagels. Rock on!
  
  Try the cinnamon raisin bagel with butter or the jalapeño with veggie cream cheese with a hudson valley fresh chocolate milk. You will be gaurenteed to have a great morning. I have been going here since the grand opening up the street in the late 80s (tiramisu area) with the red and white checkered tiles. To me Hopewell Hot Bagels is the measuring stick for my expectations for a real, untoasted bagel. Check them out.
