  Excellent service, we had Michael as our sale associate! He was complete honest and gave us the best deal. Also worked with us to make sure the deal went through smoothly!
  Also they do license plate here on the spot when you purchase a new vehicle!

  Hands down the BEST new car buying experience we have ever had. We were getting jerked around by dealers in NJ. We contacted Palisades through their online ebuy. Jaimie got back to us quickly with a price that saved us 1500 after taxes on the dealers in NJ. She put is in touch with Stephen who walked us the rest of the way through the process and kept in touch as we got closer to delivery day. Taking possession of the vehicle could not have been any simpler. Emu in F&I tooks us through the DMV paperwork. Showed us a menu of protection packages and gave his recommendation with absolutely zero pressure to buy anything. Reasonable doc fee here. No BS ad ons like window etching or anything. Nice price right out of the gate. Even though Mazda increased the price of the vehicle they honored the price we agreed on. Stephen got my wife set up on the Mazda Connect app then meticulously took my wife through all of the features of her brand new car and we were on our way. Our jaws were literally wide open at how easy it was. We were prepared for the usual run around but there was non of that here. We had after market floor mats that we like and Stephen even put them in the car for us ! ! Nice touch.

  I called ahead and spoke to Kacey before I arrived and she was super nice and helpful. I worked with Ed G when I arrived. I came in to the dealer knowing which car I wanted and which trim level so it made it easier. However I had to ask a few friends about the second row captains chairs and what their opinions were before I felt comfortable going with the captains second row. All my friends gave positive feedback with the second row captains chairs so I went with that.
  Ed worked with me to show me the car and go over it. This is my first lease and he was able to go through the details on it with me.
  The trade in of my 9 year old ford went smoothly.
  
  So far after a few days we love the car and we are happy we went to Palisades Mazda. Thanks Kacey and Ed!
  
  Also this dealership is much cleaner and nicer than the lower Westchester Mazda dealerships. Make the drive and go to palisades Mazda!
