  I had such an awesome experience at this location. I went in for a vehicle about two months ago. I met my sales Rep Einstein. We test drove and looked at a few, but I wasn't ready. He reached out a few times whenever something new came in, he thought I would like. Then......BBBAAAMMMM!!!! My baby was there waiting for me. I was able to do everything over the telephone. And went to pick up my new baby over the weekend. I love the team there!!! They are very patient, kind and listen to everything I wanted. I got a beautiful color, unbelievable super low mileage and sunroof!!!! Go look for Einstein if you can, amazing individual. But the whole team is a win win squad. Thanks a million again Kia of West Nyack!!!

  It was my first time buying a car from a car dealership. Einstein was like a car whisperer. We pulled up to Kia of West Nyack in a taxi and Einstein promised we’d be driving home in our own car. Although it was extremely busy that Friday Einstein was very attentive to our needs. He is very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. Thank you so much for 2019 Kia Optima.

  I came to Kia this week looking for a new vehicle and surprisingly I had a wonderful experience. I had the privilege of getting Mr. Einstein as my salesman to show me some cars. He was so kind and patient with my lack of knowledge for cars. Within the same day I left Kia driving my new Kia K5. Beautiful car! I also had the privilege of getting John Molina the Finance manager to sit with me and finalized all the paper work. I highly recommend coming to this Kia location, just MAKE SURE YOU ASK for the salesman Einstein & finance manager John Molina if you're looking for a great experience!!!!!

  Kevin Williams was the car salesman that assisted me throughout the process and was most helpful, patient and attentive. John from finances was also very helpful in finding the right bank loan that best accommodated my budget. All in all great service.

  This was a big deal for me because it's my first time getting my car. I'm so glad that John Molina was able to take care of me and answered all the possible questions I had. It can get so confusing with all the options I have to choose from but he made sure I am getting the best car available. He is also very professional and knowledgeable and the process was also super quick and easy. Victoria also helped me with getting the best deal for my insurance. She even offered us drinks which was very nice and accommodating. Overall, this was the best experience I had and I love everything about my car. I will for sure will recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you again John and Victoria for taking care of me.
