I have been seeing him three hours a week and after each hour session I bounce out of there as if I were 20 years younger. I went there for performance improvement and injury prevention and I am getting that and much more.

When I met Richie and his family on Pennington day, I knew Pace was what I was looking for. His program isn't just about burpee's and box-jumps, but to me more importantly recovery both physically and mentally. As a certified PRO, Richie is highly educated and understood my injuries and what exercises would be best for me in my recovery. I look forward to continue to work with Richie to meet my goals and have a little fun along the way!
