  Top notch ashtanga practice, challenging but also safe and fun. Natalia is a fabulous teacher, knowledgeable, attentive, engaging.
  Highly recommend to yogis seeking to deepen their practice under close supervision of a master.

  I’ve been taking classes from Natalia for 10yrs by now. Natalia has a very positive, cheerful personality, It is never boring and helps me on so many different levels physically, emotionally and mentally. Definitely must do for all us overworked professionals! This new studio is beautiful and so peaceful with the view of trees and Buddha. Love it!

  I've taken many yoga classes and this was by far my favorite. Natalia is an incredible instructor. She spent a lot of time with me making sure each move was done correctly and safely. She was aware of my strengths and weaknesses and helped me adjust to accommodate for my body. She is patient and calming. I cannot wait to take another one of her classes!

  Natalia is especially sensitive to a person's individual physical and mental qualities, and she's great at adapting her yoga instruction to particular needs. She's been very helpful in coping with some sports injuries and aches. Her yoga sessions are very balancing and rejuvenating. Thanks always!

  Natalia has a very personal approach with her students. She addresses your unique issues whether it is physical limitations or emotional challenges of our every day life. I have been practicing with her for years. My regular ashtanga sessions with her provided tremendous support during extremely difficult time in my life. Thank you so much!
