Oscar Garcia did an excellent job comparing and contrasting my current coverage to what State Farm could offer. He patiently answered all of my questions about the various riders/features available.

I could have saved 7% having State Farm provide the same coverage I had. However, I elected to pay the same amount to have some additional riders/features. Not because I was upsold, but rather because he took the time help me understand what was available.

I was so impressed with Oscar that I referred him to family and though I hope I never have a claim, I feel 100% confident that he would be as exceptional addressing that as he was at providing me with my new coverage.
