(December 2, 2022, 7:59 am)I have been a member since the studio opened and especially love the bikram, hiit and yin classes. What a supportive group of instructors ! I always feel so welcomed. I have been a “non stretcher” my entire life. Between the bikram and yin my body now feels so loose, energized and strong. The yin helps get rid of all the tightness and stress in my muscles. The special attention they give to my own individual abilities has made my body thrive! I highly recommend Om Glastonbury Studio!!!

(September 21, 2022, 5:15 pm)Om Wellness is absolutely gorgeous inside! The teachers are friendly, smart yoga professionals. My favorites are Bill the 6am teacher, Nikki at 9:30, and Kat on friday’s.
The studio itself is a open, clean, and welcoming space. The hot room is one of the best i’ve ever practiced in- wonderful lighting, the PERFECT rubber floor (might be recycled tires i think!).
The owner Kat has a great vision and is beloved in the community and it’s overall a great studio to come and practice at. -

(May 26, 2022, 9:00 am)Gorgeous new studio! Everyone should check it out. The room is HOT and HUMID just like it's supposed to be. Kat has thought of every detail and it makes the whole experience that much more inviting. There are showers and a beautiful changing room. Kat has a great team of teachers who are dedicated to this practice of yoga. Thank you, Om Glastonbury!

(October 12, 2021, 10:43 am)I’ve been going to Kat at Om Massage Glastonbury since 2018 and she is the best! Very knowledgeable and professional, and strong, I get the best massage! Kat has really helped me get healthy from a very bad back problem. Super clean spa-like rooms, never rushed and Kat really understands physiology and gets to the root cause of my issues. Easy online appointment setting too. I highly recommend Om Glastonbury!
