(July 22, 2023, 12:33 pm)I did the circuit strength class as a drop in while I was on vacation. I wish I lived closer so I could attend more classes! The space was big and bright and the trainer was great. If you’re visiting for vacation, it’s worth your time if you’re looking to get a sweat in.

For years I’ve been working out almost every day. Circuit training, boot camps, strength, Pilates, everything. This…. Left me SOREEEEE.
Incredible workout. Well-balanced with knowledgeable staff.
My first review after 1st class: I was hoping a place like this would open in Brigantine. I took one class and I was hooked. Also owned by a really nice husband and wife super into fitness so it really feels warm and welcoming! -

I have been attending the Circuit Strength classes and feeling so motivated to keep working toward my goals. If you are in Brigantine, definitely check it out. Very worth taking a ride over if you are off the island!
