I just wanted to say that this first year has been fantastic and it is wonderful working for a company that truly cares about their employees! You guys are all amazing!! The office staff is always friendly and accommodating, they are prompt to help with everything, and always make themselves available to us! I know most places aren’t given such a great reputation, but this one lives up to the great one I’ve know it to have!

The PCA we have goes above and beyond expectations which reflects favorably on the training received from O'Connell. Highly recommend this agency.

(March 13, 2018, 8:35 am)I have been using O’Connell’s elder services for my Grandmother for six months now and I honestly wish I had started sooner. As her caregiver, it had been very difficult for me to fulfill all of her needs as well as give her the companionship she needed. Now, she is thriving with the help she is receiving and has developed a relationship with her caregiver that she has found companionship in. As for me, it has eased my mind and working with the staff to set up services and coordinate has been easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend O’Connell care at home.

I have worked there for over 25 years and have found them to be extremely supportive, professional, honest and compassionate. Danielle, Joe and Michelle are phenomenal leaders with excellent leadership qualities - they are not afraid to get involved and help you work through any problems you might be having in the field. With all of the chaos that has gone on in healthcare over the years, O'Connells has proved beyond a doubt that they can stand firm and reliable.
