(July 5, 2022, 10:11 pm)My son won't miss a class! He wakes me up at 7am every Saturday to remind me that we have three hours to get there. This place is beyond awesome, and I can't even begin to describe the what Sensei White does for these kids. He genuinely loves them, and does what he can to support not only their development in martial arts, but their education, social interactions and overall behavior. He teaches the kids how to defend themselves out in the real world, but on the floor he's focused on respect, honor and technique. Sensei is firm, fair and consistent...just what our kids need. This is our forever home, and I'm so proud to be a part of this family.

(August 10, 2021, 9:28 am)I came to New England Fit because I wanted my teenage daughters to learn self defense as they are both in college. We’re only 2 classes in but we love it! Of course we hope we never have to use the skills and techniques that Sensei White is teaching us but it’s empowering to know that we have them.

I'm six months in, I go three times a week so I'm dedicated and it's been amazing to see and feel the growth I have had at NE Fit. I am stronger, leaner (15lbs), and more confident. The awesome thing about MMA with NE Fit is you can make it whatever you want and learn boxing, kick boxing, judo, or bjj and, no matter what you focus on, you're fitness will improve! And, no matter where you are now in your personal fitness journey - Sensei will make you better and get you closer to where you want to be! If you come to an AM class, I can tell you all this in person. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain by giving this place a shot.

(May 4, 2019, 10:10 am)My son has been attending for 6 weeks, he has a new sense of pride and is making great strides in listening and peer interactions. Can’t beat the price either as he has the option to attend multiple classes a week. Sensei works to be a part of the village that every child needs.
