  Dave is one of the absolutely best brokers I've ever worked with. He's diligent and thorough throughout the entire process. He is actively involved to help the seller and buyer. His communication is 5 star, always answering his phone or getting back to you in a timely manner. I highly recommend him over all the brokers in AC or on the boardwalk. He goes above and beyond.   Would leave 10 stars if I could. Great experience working with Scott Sandlin and Ocean Club Realty. Scott really goes above and beyond for his clients from start to finish and his focus on customer service is excellent. He makes you feel like your his only client. He understood exactly what we were looking for and didn’t stop until he found it for us. Our entire transaction was seamless and he is a wealth of information for those who are new to the area. I highly recommend Scott and will definitely refer and use him again.

  Scott truly cares about his clients. He represented the seller of a condo I purchased recently. As a new owner, I had a lot of anxiety over moving into a building and getting settled. Since he knows the property well, he made himself available to address any concerns I had. He went above and beyond to make sure my living situation was favorable. His friendly and professional attitude set him apart from the rest of the brokers that don't return phone calls and only care about their commission. Scott is a true class act. I would definitely recommend him to guide anyone looking to find their new home that needs someone reliable and honest to make the process less stressful as well as finding their dream dwelling. I highly recommend him.
