  My husband and I had an opportunity to meet with Carol from Boardwalk realty The first day we met her she was professional and top-notch. She knew everything about the condominium and made sure we felt comfortable. She showed us around the Ritz condominium everything was sparkling clean and had an Old Worlds charm feeling. The doormen and cleaning crew were friendly and professional. We are extremely happy with our new purchase. Our home away from home on the beach.

  Carol at Boardwalk Realty is nothing short of amazing. This was our first purchase Of a beach condo and she was kind and patient. Not to mention a great sense of humor. The end result she found us our dream beach property. I can’t thank Carol enough and I highly recommend Boardwalk Realty.

  We used David Hirsch to both sell our home and purchase a new one. He was great through the entire process. He really listens. He finds exactly what you are looking for. He is responsive and is always there when ever questions or issues arise. We are very happy that we had David by our sides. He is tenacious and really goes above and beyond for his clients. Our home went under contract in only two weeks. And he found us the perfect family home in the perfect neighborhood. He was able to work both closings the same day so we wouldn't have to worry. He is the best realtor I have worked with. Highly recommend calling him if you're considering buying or selling a home.

  I met David Hirsch from Boardwalk Realty over ten years ago when I was looking for an apartment to purchase at the Ritz Condominium in AC. Fast forward to the present day, and David is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He has helped me with multiple purchases, rentals and property management issues. He is an awesome real estate agent. He is knowledgeable about all matters pertaining to real estate and he is very familiar with the Ritz and all of the properties he shows. He listens to my concerns and preferences, and offers great advice and recommendations when needed. He is reliable and responsive, and always does his best for his clients. Best of all he is a really great person who is thoughtful, kind and funny. I look forward to working with David for many years to come.

  David Hirsch is amazing. He found a nice condo for us to purchase and when we got busy and are no longer able to go down to AC on a regular basis he got a great tenant to rent the unit at the Ritz. He does a wonderful job managing the property throughout the year as well. Not only do I think he is phenomenal as a real estate agent and human being - the tenant tells me the same.
