  Writing this review on behalf of my mom.
  
  My mom has had hearing loss for some decades now. She previously has gotten hearing aids from another audiologist but was never truly satisfied with them, while just remained contempt...however they were very uncomfortable, which prompted my mom to eventually look for something better. Thus after doing some research and looking for a new audiologist, we found NYA. She was given a hearing test, results showing her hearing has gotten a bit worse, thus prompted the discussion for a new hearing aid. Although the unit was more expensive than her old one, Dr. Feng was especially understanding, patient, and educated my mom in the options she had. After some thought my mom decided to get the new hearing aid. Upon wearing them she stated she can hear more clearly, on top of that how comfortable it is. Sometimes finding herself forgetting she has the hearing aid on. I myself, notice my mom is able to hear quite well and find it easier to converse without having to raise my voice. It’s been an huge improvement in her quality of life, including the people around her. Dr. Feng and Dr. Fong are extremely educated, friendly, and empathetic. My mom, my family and I are extremely grateful for them.

  Very efficient and professional audiology office in NYC. They ran quick and thorough tests and they're patient while explaining the results of the test and answering questions.
  
  The receptionist makes referrals and follow ups easy and painless to deal with. She's also really nice :)

  Thank you very much Dr. Fong! She’s very patient and thorough in explaining the hearing aid/surgery options that my dad have. Appreciate her for taking the time to discuss such an important topic for my family. The office staff was kind and helpful in scheduling appointments as well. Thank you again!

  I had an audiologist in Brooklyn for many years and after I moved, I decided to look for another audiologist in Queens. I found Dr. Winnie Feng based on her great reviews all across different platforms. I took a chance in meeting her. She is awesome, patient and kind. I like that she listens to my concerns and she is transparent about her service. Visiting her always make me feel at ease. I highly recommend her if anyone needs to address their hearing loss. She will take the time to explain, address any questions that you may have, and advise specific hearing aids that are best fitted for your lifestyle.

  I had my hearing tested at another practice before— this site was way better. Doris at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Sum Yee Fang, audiologist, was thorough, beyond sweet and nice and deliberate in her evaluation. I felt Dr. Fang was careful and got me the proper hearing evaluation results. She paused periodically to make sure I could ask all the questions and concerns that I had. I highly highly recommend this place
