  Went to Suburban based on the 5star reviews. We were not disappointed! Worked with Scott and Dale who were knowledgeable, good listeners, and experts in their field. Absolutely no pressure. Rare to find trust these days in furniture stores, but Suburban delivers. After our second visit , we purchased a leather sofa.

  We live Suburban! They carry very nice things at all price points. We have bough living room, dining room and now bedroom furniture from here. The sales team is amazing and make shopping very pleasurable and personal. Special thanks to Dale and Lynn for helping us with our purchases. Delivery team is also great, smooth, quick, professional installation of all of our purchases. Customers for life!

  My family growing up has bought furniture with Suburban for years! When the time came to purchase a new bed frame for my new home we went to Suburban and were not disappointed, they had a great selection, and we found the perfect unique oak bed! Michael was the best to work with and honestly answered all of our questions! He was very knowledgeable and so kind to us. We will sure to be working with Michael and Suburban again!

  Suburban Furniture has come a long way with customer care. Lynn Todd my sales associate took me to areas of what I wanted to see and then left me alone. Loved that. She came back at the right time to see if I was doing okay. Explain everything to me being present and my husband on FaceTime… Loved it. Delivery men were awesome and Anna helping me with the billing. Will definitely go back again and ask for Lynn. A pleasant experience of no pressure and delivery of what went beyond and above!   I have been in the store a dozen times. The sales person, Nick, has been so patient and helpful. I still haven’t made a purchase because I’m undecided about colors and material. The quality of the products is what I like in addition to the service.
  So I finally decided on a sofa. Choosing the color was a team effort between me and Nick. I had fun working with him and will be back for the ottoman. Oh, and the sofa is so comfy!!!
