(July 1, 2023, 1:00 am)I never review anything like this but I had the Cuban today and I can’t stop thinking about how good it was. Hit the spot and I will definitely tell friends and family to give it a shot. I will be back to try more! Also those chips were amazing!

(April 9, 2023, 1:21 pm)Passed through on our way from Boston to NYC, looking for a great lunch spot, easy access from Merritt parkway on route 25. We had the grilled meatloaf , Cobb salad and a really great potato salad. All of them were fabulous and very fresh. Such a great find and well worth the seven extra minutes, rather than eating rest stop food. The small business owners really take “eat local” to heart and were very accommodating for special requests. Fit the bill on all levels. We’ll definitely go back and will send our friends☺️☺️

(March 15, 2023, 1:45 pm)Nunnu's makes the best hot sandwiches in Connecticut! I am a huge sandwich guy and have tried SO many in my travels, but whenever I want the very best, I go to Nunnu's. Well worth it to travel to even if you are further away like me. Besides the amazing food, I'm always treated as a friend and valued customer. I can tell that the owner takes great pride in all of his creations and his workmate is cheerful and welcoming at the register. I especially LOVE "The Cuban Melt" and "The Southern", but have tried nearly everything on the menu and have never been let down. If you are lucky enough to stop in when they offer their limited-edition Corn Beef Reuben, get it while it lasts! If you're looking for the perfect sides, each sandwich comes with homemade chips (so good!) and I usually add their amazing Veggie Slaw, or Tomato Bisque. This sandwich shop is a gem and I can't wait to go back!
