Front desk people were very nice. They have an online pre-checkin which is very helpful, but you still have to do a checking review. I thought they used to have a patient portal for billing and to retrieve a summary of your visit and copy of any Rx's but I couldn't find it. That would be a help to me as I travel.
Staff and Doctor was excellent. Highly recommend NEI.

The office staff and Dr. Walsh were wonderful. The girls got me in to see the Dr. the next day, when I said that I was having an issue. Even though I just spoke to them about becoming a patient.

Everyone in the office was super nice!!
Dr. Walsh saw my son and she was wonderful!
The woman at the front desk was beyond helpful as I was having an issue with my insurance as the other ladies working were also super nice and great with my 6 yr old.
We're happy we found this place!!!
