(August 24, 2023, 3:56 pm)We arrived at North East Ford with loud grinding engine noise and a hot engine in our Transit camper. Asst Service Manager John Kalogris examined the vehicle and diagnosed a faulty water pump ready to come apart and cause further damage. He had no room on a full schedule, but realizing that my husband and I could be in danger on the road, he agreed to fit us in. He found the needed pump after searching several sources and had it installed. If he had turned us away (as two other dealers had) we might have been on the NY Thruway at 65 miles an hour when trouble struck. John didn’t just save our trip, he might have saved our lives. And he managed to get the job done with gracious good humor. Thanks, John.
