(November 30, 2018, 7:27 pm)I sell on Etsy and donate to animal charity. I was headed home to Vermont for a holiday trunk show hoping for big sales and big donations. Well, I ran over a nail and my tire went flat. I was luckily able to roll into Millerton Service Center. My trunk was full, it was snowing and I’ve never changed a tire in my life. I was greeted by Stubby, the resident cat. They pulled a car off the lift, fixed my tire in ten minutes worth of Stubby petting, and I was on my way. I can’t begin to tell you how welcome and at home I felt. If you need repairs and you live nearby, go here.

(September 1, 2018, 11:01 am)These guys have a policy of prioritizing people passing through in need of emergency repairs — something I didn’t expect, but was definitely praying for when I showed up at their front desk in need of one. I found out it was completely family owned and operated when the owner had his son go for a test drive with me. Right after that, they immediately began work on my car - which was fast, reasonably priced, and well done. They’re very honest and warm hearted people and the least I could do was give a recommendation!
