(June 16, 2023, 5:12 pm)The DMV in Massapequa, New York is the most organized and pleasant DMV I've had in the state of New York. All others and I've been to at least 5 different branches, are trash! Especially the one near JFK airport. Horribly managed and ghetto!!!

(April 25, 2023, 6:31 pm)Much improved over the past few years, wait times with appointment availability, much shorter. Too much paperwork though, and the fees have gotten quite high. And although many things can be done the same day, why does it still take weeks to get a new Title??!! And in this information age, it's kind of frustrating!! In person staff is quite friendly though.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful..
I was in and out of the office in 7 minutes renewing my registration..
Excellent customer service…..
