  We came to Town Hall to get our marriage license. The staff was really helpful and efficient. The process was quick and easy. You can drop off papers at a “drive through” window to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

  With Covid rules, you don't enter the building for services. Instead, you go around the building on the left side and as soon as you turn the corner, there are two windows where the staff can assist you. The windows aren't staffed and the employees are facing the opposite direction sho you may have to knock to get their attention. The tax collection department is further down the left side of the building and you can drive down that way to park closer.
  
  The staff are knowledgeable for what I needed (dog license and replacement parking sticker) but it is a little slow to complete the transaction. Seems to be less staff there as well.
  
  Doing your own homework before going is helpful too. The parking sticker transaction was easy but if you didn't read first what you needed to do, you would be sent away and have to make a second trip. Go online to the town of oyster bay's website and search for what you need. Then go to townhall to complete it.
  
  Overall, you're able to accomplish what you set out to do but it's good to go online and read about the steps involved and items needed before physically going to town hall.

  Arrived at a few minutes past 10am, and was told there were no parking spots available. So went to turn around, and discovered an empty spot! Got into the very long line to vote. By 11:30, my vote had been entered and counted. Not too bad, all things considered.
