  Had a bad ankle sprain last August and I thought it would heal on its own after giving it rest and being placed in a waking boot for a month. After the boot was taken off it was still hindering me ( IE:couldn’t play sports) so I started physical therapy. After a couple of months of that not helping my friend referred me to New York Cryogen therapy. 3 visits and less than an hour of my time later my ankle feels brand new!! Highly recommended to anyone that qualifies, the treatments really work!!!

  Greg is the best! His treatments have really helped the healing process for my son with his ankle and wrist injuries. We were not familiar with cryotherapy, but on a recommendation from a friend, Greg has been amazing! His knowledge and detail into his work makes you feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands. The treatments have been very effective and we are so grateful!

  As someone who’s suffered with chronic pain for almost 6.5 years, 30+ doctors, and still no answers, I have finally found someone who validates my pain with no question. Greg listens to everything I have to say and remembers it all, even with as many people as he treats. Even prior to my first appointment, emails with Greg with answered so quickly and every question was addressed. As you go for more sessions, you start noticing your skin getting colder faster and the feeling is much more bearable.   NYC Cryogen is amazing because it really works to mitigate inflammation and pain. Everyone who trains hard or has chronic pain needs to use this modality to help heal the body naturally & safely!
  And I want to add that a few months ago I had a hairline fracture of my left big toe. After 3 treatments of New York Cryogen high pressure cryotherapy, the bruising was nearly 100% gone and the inflammation was reduced dramatically.   Greg made my recovery experience infinitely better. I had a grade 2 tear on my left MCL. Fortunately surgery was not necessary.My knee was very swollen, the cryotherapy was very therapeutic. It helped bring down the swelling a lot. During my first session Greg set clear expectations on what I could expect from the therapy. He was very professional and punctual to all 8 sessions that I purchased. I recommend New York Cryogen to all my friends and family.
