  Dan is very knowledgeable, organized and detail oriented. He takes the time to compare your options and be honest with the best bang for your buck. Dan replaced our old oil-based water boiler system with a new efficient propane one along with a high quality water softener/filtration system and we couldn't be happier. No more dry itchy skin from very hard water! He and his great team also recently installed ductless air conditioning for us and we love it. Just in time for the summer heat!

  USE THIS COMPANY! New Yankee Houseworks was awesome. We used them to replace our old hot water heater with a tankless unit and install a water softener system. The mechanical room now looks like a work of art - the fitting and laying out of equipment is absolutely beautiful. Dan communicated promptly, send his bid when he promised and showed up when scheduled. His work is fast, clean and professional, too. Our tankless hot water heater lived up to all he said it would and has given us zero issues. They are a very refreshing company to work with and I highly recommend them.

  Dan does excellent work. He takes the time to explain not only what needs to be done, but all the "whys" and "hows". His attention to detail, follow through and upfront pricing means you'll know exactly what your getting and feel good about the investment your making in your home.   This gentleman, because that’s what he is, is an excellent plumber/repair man.
  He can install anything (inside or out, under ground or above ground) and does it with expertise!
  Not only does he do exceptional work he is patient, kind, and showed consideration and respect for me and for my house.
  I would certainly use him again and absolutely recommend his services.
