Mr B e n i t e z , Not only answered the phone, he came the following day and Spent 2 solid hours
here non stop ..but the first thing he did was to help me find my lost phone, 🙈👍 Then, he got through all the items and the cost was quite low compared to others who want quite more. The fact is, it was over 3 months that I had a leak at a terrible [drought] time, and it got worse and worse and worse and I could not find anyone to come I actually went through nine people And on top of that two more were people I had Work for me for quite a few years and they wouldn't come they wouldn't even call back and that seems to be the routine now no one calls back. Two others didn't even have voicemail room to leave a message. Mr Benitez and nephew were miracles, sent by Angels for sure , as it was impossible to find anyone in the Hudson Valley to help me. Then i got referral. ☝🙏 No one i knew, knew a plumber! Im referring him to everone! Btw, What is happening to us to have no service people ! Thank You Mr. BENITEZ AND nephew Marcos !😇

I cannot express how satisfied I am with Augustine Benitez, his son & nephew. They responded to an emergency that we had on the Fourth of July holiday weekend and worked all day. They were very pleasant courteous polite & neat. It almost seemed that there was not enough they could do for me.

Augustine also kept in constant communication with me & followed up on his work. He is a man of good character as is his family/workers. I saw qualities in these young men that you do not see now a day’s in the younger generations.

They have high work ethics & care about the quality of their work. I am recommending them to all my friends & family.

He was a true professional- and was extremely clean as to his respect of my home and my property! You never knew I had the mess he walked in on and am immediate repair! Our boiler system was in need of a replacement after decades of use. The cold winter months have always put us on edge.
