  Excellent quality of work at New Fairfield Auto Body! Nick my point of contact as well as Louis the owner are very professional, kind, courteous and easy to work with. We hit a deer on Route 39 - front end damage on my Forester 2020 Sport. I had a very bad experience with Mikes Towing & Collision in Danbury Ct. a couple of years ago and it has been very hard for me to find a place I can trust, but after seeing the final product on my Forester I now know I can always bring my car here for any future work! There is a very specific and difficult paint job requirement on the Subaru Forester having to do with where a painted surface meets an integral trim (not separate) which requires specific and careful attention to the taping off of the seam (which also curves). There is no way anyone can get it factory perfect, but New Fairfield Autobody came within the 90% mark of perfection as compared to Mikes Towing which I would say was at 20% quality out of 100% to give perspective... Actually one side of the bumper NF did honestly is at 100% as if it was factory painted! (that was impressive to see). I will be having New Fairfield Autobody redo the work that Mikes Towing & Collision failed miserably on. For anyone looking for a shop to work with, you can feel confident with New Fairfield! Also New Fairfield works with many different insurance companies meaning they are on a list of preferred Auto Body shops and therefor the insurance company will most likely provide the "gaurantee" (the repairs to your vehicle are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle). New Fairfield Autobody was kind enough to recommend and schedule in a glass replacement company to come to NF within their working schedule for my front windshield (which they noticed was broken from a previous claim). To finish the car was cleaned inside & out. The company lives up to their google rating of 4.9! I give them an easy 5.0!

  did a great job fixing my car after deer collision and they were nothing but professional and courteous, even cleaned the interior of my car a bit.
