  Greg was fantastic! He showed up at the beginning of the timeframe that we were given. He was professional and helpful the whole time he was at our house. He thoroughly explained what was happening with our plumbing. He gave us the option of doing it ourselves rather than have him complete the work if we wanted to save some money on the issue at hand. He said that if we wanted to complete the job ourselves that he would gladly explain what we would need to do. When the job was complete, he spent time showing and explaining to us what was done.

  The technician that came to replace my sewage pump was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done in language a lay person could understand. I would recommend him to family and friends.

  Nebrasky continues to exceed our expectations for quality of work, professionalism, and timeliness of project completion. Our technician, Greg, was thoughtful and explained in detail the work we needed to have done to repair our water systems as well as an itemized breakdown of the costs involved. The day the work was to be done they arrived on time and did a great job. They treated our home with respect and the work that was completed was top notch. They have our business now and in the future. Thank you.

  Nebrasky is one of a kind in the area for service. Multiple people to answer calls and schedule appointments, knowledgeable technicians, and in our case miracle workers. They corrected a plumbing issue that has plagued our house for 70 years and multiple homeowner's. They answer all my questions and provide expectations up front.
  
  I went though several plumbers and HVAC companies in the area until calling Nebrasky. Now I'll only call Nebrasky.

  Available by phone after hours, helpful, and prompt.
  
  I called after hours with an emergency furnace issue. Nebrasky is one of the only companies that does after hours service for *new* customers. Multiple other businesses took our info but then we learned they only do emergency service calls if you're an existing customer...not helpful when the house is 45 degrees! Before visiting and thereby triggering the fee for an emergency house call they walked through all of the possible issues that might explain our issue. After determining they'd need to visit they worked hard to fit us into their schedule. Much appreciated!
