  Gavin is not only a professional craftsman but also a great communicator which is extremely important when working with other contractors. I am the operations manager for CT Basement Systems and Murphy's Building and Remodeling worked seamlessly with our team when we discovered major floor joist damage that required someone who really knew what they were doing on a recent project at Amston lake. I would HIGHLY recommend this team and plan on using them moving forward as our go to solution provider!!

  We have had Gavin work on two bathrooms in our house and most recently, he replaced our windows and siding. His work is excellent and he is very trustworthy. He is upfront with costs and is always there when he says he will be. I would recommend him highly and would not hesitate to have him back for future projects.

  Gavin and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They did a wonderful job with transforming the exterior of our old house.
  
  Gavin was patient and professional, working within the timeline we needed for our project. Due to factors on our end, we ended up having to push it and slow it down and he was completely understanding and willing to work with us. He communicated well with us whenever there was a day they showed up early, or were coming at an obscure time.
  
  He let us know what was happening, when, and even helped us understand better how the project worked. Overall a wonderful experience.
  
  I would absolutely use him again on a future project!

  Gavin built a sunroom addition for us, and was fantastic to work with. He is exceptionally communicative, responsive, and his work is of high quality. He thinks through the details, planned out the job, and once he started the job, he worked through to the end of it - showing that he had the materials and crew in place. Gavin is very willing to talk through and explain the process and we knew that we were in good hands. We'd recommend his work to anyone considering hiring him for a project.

  Gavin and his crew tore down an out dated In law apartment and built us an state of the art modern apartment.. All of the people he had working on our project were very polite and professional . Gavin took what we wanted and designed our apartment so that we had everything we wanted. he Updated the plans as we decided to change some things . His partner Eric is as great as Gavin to work with they make a great team . Every day they cleaned up the area before they left no mess All the other professionals he hired, plumber Electricians, sheet rockers, and heating and air-conditioning Mini split installer were all up to Gavin"s Professional standards. When it comes to all the products they use they are all up to code and not sub standard they use high quality parts We are very pleased with our new In-law apartment and would Highly recommend them to anyone needing to do any remodeling project.
  They are the best I have ever worked with.
