(September 10, 2021, 1:20 pm)Great customer service. Someone comes during the initial visit and gives recommendations regarding problem areas that might harbor mosquitoes. We were able to spend enjoy our backyard for the longest time without mosquito bites until the recent rainy conditions. We also have a veggie garden which does not help as they are not able to spray in that area. They respond promptly to any issues reported. They use cedar oil which is safe and this was important since I have children that use the backyard frequently.

It's been a tough year for mosquitoes, and they have been extra responsive and considerate on the few occasions we need an extra application (and at no extra cost). I have recommended them to friends and family several times over. Mike our technician is great, knowledgeable and courteous.

One of the owners, Paul came to meet me in a heatwave without batting an eye. He was so kind and considerate of what I needed. Christy in the office is so patient, kind and helpful. She made sure I had the perfect appointment that worked best for me. I’m looking forward to working with this amazing team of excellence!

(July 14, 2021, 3:06 pm)I highly recommend Mr. Mosquito for solving the issue with suddenly appeared flies in the house. It was emergency situation, because I am having the guests with small children and they were panicking about it. I have been calling all pest control companies in the area, but nobody responded to me or offered their service next week.
Mr. Mosquito has excellent customer service, which was very prompt in responding to questions! I was referred to Paul. He contacted me in a couple of minutes!
Paul was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He immediately addressed the issue and contacted with my guests.
Mr. Mosquito is reliable, trustworthy, service. Definitely sticking with this company for future work! Thank you very much.
