  Josh is a very talented piano tuner and really knows his stuff. Not only does he tune pianos but he has extensive knowledge of their inner workings and fixed some major technical issues we were having.

  Josh has been tuning my piano for a couple of years. I cannot say enough good things. He’s so smart and knowledgeable about the instrument and I trust him completely. I’ve learned a lot from him as well! I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

  Josh just tuned my piano, and performed some regulation and voicing as well. I'm a serious pianist, and I own a serious piano, and I won't let just anyone touch it, unless I trust them implicitly. Josh always does a great job!

  Josh tuned my Steinway, which, as both the result of COVID and my piano tuner's retirement had missed 2 tunings. Josh was thorough in evaluating the condition of my piano, and as I was away from my studio during the tuning, he took photos, discussing the recommended 'extras' beforehand. I am appreciative that someone so qualified and nice is available to help keep my piano in the condition I need to teach singing and rehearse.

  Josh is a really friendly guy who takes his work very seriously. Unlike many piano tuners, he listens both to the piano and the client. Josh knows that some people prefer a brighter sound, others a warmer one, and some just want to know the instrument is in tune when someone else sits down to play. My observation is that his goal is always to accommodate the client as much as the piano will allow. He also has expertise in more complex work “under the hood” if the client desires it. Bottom line: He’s an invaluable resource for anyone on the East End with a piano.
