(August 16, 2023, 3:16 pm)Needed to bring my cat in for an emergency visit as my regular vet was not open on Saturday. I was very upset that my cat was sick with a possible urinary blockage, the receptionist was so nice and understanding. My kitty was taken back immediately to be evaluated. The entire staff was exceptional! From the vet tech, Victoria to Dr Rose who explained what treatment options she recommended for my cat, put me at ease and I felt my cat was in good hands! Hopefully, I will not need emergency visits again but if needed I will certainly use Mt Laurel Animal Hospital!

(August 15, 2023, 10:53 pm)I had a late night emergency with my parakeet. It's incredibly rare to find an exotics vet, let alone an emergency one that's open 24/7. I arrived around 9:30-10 pm and the front desk staff were very kind and admitted my bird right away for care while I filled out information. I didn't wait long to be seen by the ER vet, who had assessed my bird and had contacted the on-call avian vet for recommended treatment. He gave me my options, and I had my bird stay the night. I was even allowed to see my bird before leaving. The next day the avian vet kept me updated on his condition through the day. Everyone I spoke with had a lot of compassion and care. I felt my bird was in good hands and that he was treated as if he was their own pet. I'm happy to say my bird is home and on the way to a full recovery!

They quickly diagnosed our little girl with a respiratory infection and she is on her way to recovery. Thank you for being kind, humorous, and informative! First time at this vet after relocating and we are grateful to find new medical providers.

(August 7, 2023, 1:22 pm)I’m so grateful to this hospital & staff. They saved my ferret whom I live so very much so it means the world to me to count with staff knowledgeable about exotics pets. During her admission, they kept me informed & even sent me pics to see my little girl alert & recovering. The staff is always friendly & so caring. I always trust them with caring for my ferret Pickles.

(February 27, 2022, 10:25 pm)I had to very sadly put down my sweet baby and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my decision to choose Mt Laurel Animal Hospital. The amount of empathy and compassion I was given was amazing. They walked me through the whole process step by step and I appreciated that they didn’t make me feel rushed to say my goodbyes.The vet technician Gabi that helped me was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. She definitely made my girls last moments as comfortable as possible and I’m so thankful for that!
