  I am so happy I found CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy. I have looked high and low for Pimobendan for my dog at a pharmacy that is affordable. I was able to get a 4 month supply for my dog for $122.90 and this includes shipping! The service was amazing and I know this is a top notch quality product as well. Thank You CareFirst!

  I was nervous after two bad experiences with other online pharmacies. This one is clearly different in the best way possible. I’m so grateful to have found CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy. They were responsive, accurate, patient, and very well priced; offered convenient shipping options, and are basically exactly what I have been hoping to find. The representative I worked with was professional, alert, caring, and just so helpful when I was worried about getting my cat’s lifesaving medication refilled in time. I’ll be back for certain!

  I have used CareFirst for one of my “maintenance” compounded medications. I am VERY pleased with the customer service, and the quality of the medications. If I ran into an issue, it was very quickly resolved. All of the staff are professional, and friendly :)
  
  I have one suggestion: I use the automated refill submission line when I call in my refills. It would be very helpful if I received confirmation texts saying that your pharmacy received my refill request from the automated line… just for peace of mind, on my end, assuring that the refill actually did go through. Maybe consider adding more detailed rx updates via text at different steps in the filling process, to make patients feel more involved in their care. For example: your ***** is currently being compounded and is being prepared for the filling process, your ****** is filled and being verified by our pharmacists… etc.

  I had some difficulty transferring my prescriptions, but the pharmacists at CareFirst were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure they got the information they needed to fill my prescriptions asap and get them shipped out promptly. Super helpful and friendly service all around. I'm so grateful my Dr. recommended CareFirst.

  This was our first time using CareFirst, they were a little out of the way for us but the only pharmacy that we could find that could compound for our son's special medication. They were very friendly and worked hard to help us get our medication quickly so that my son could get the treatment he needs. We are very grateful for their skill, kindness and efficiency!
