  Teddy is the best ! Morning side acupuncture is the best! They have the best bedside manner and really listened to my concerns before even starting the session. Once my concerns were heard, they hit all the right spots and introduced how their method of acupuncture helps with my specific muscle issue/tightness. This is a 10/10 highly recommended for any athlete, office worker who has any sort of muscle tightness. 1 session did more than my 3 months in yoga

  I had an excellent experience with Teddy! It was my first experience with acupuncture and dry needling. I was a little nervous and he explained everything very calmly and clearly so I knew fully what to expect. Teddy was extremely patient and able to calm down from a series of NYC stresses I came in with. The procedure was completely painless and effective. When I left I was completed relaxed and my muscle tension, which there was much of because I am a triathlete, was released.

  Having done acupuncture in the past, dry needling was an entirely new experience. Teddy was sure to listen to what injuries I was dealing with and explain what was happening inside my body. He seamlessly shares his deep knowledge and experience in a way that makes sense to me and in an environment that invites calm and tranquility. A perfect complement to my physical therapy, this has become and will remain an integral part of my maintenance!

  I had such an amazing experience getting acupuncture/dry needling done at Morningside Acupuncture. I have a lot of tension in my muscles and a strained muscle from my time as college athlete that would constantly bother me while working out. Teddy was outstanding and made sure to explain each step of the process to me so that I could better understand my body, why it feels the way it does, and how acupuncture is going to help it. I highly recommend and will definitely be making regular visits.

  I had an awesome experience with Teddy and I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, talent, and genuine care for his clients. He took my concerns seriously and used a combination of dry needling and traditional acupuncture to address my needs. I felt very relaxed the whole time and felt great after just our first session. I look forward to my next session and recommend him to anyone looking to reduce pain and get back on track!
