We have worked with Vadim on several major projects over the last six years, and he's the only contractor we trust. Our most recent project was a bathroom renovation, and the results are stunning! From impressive tile work to crafting a set of built-in shelves to match the design of our 1930's house, every detail is perfect. Vadim is everything you want in a contractor--he's up to date on the latest building trends, communicates with you throughout the process, and treats your house as it's his own, bringing the best of care and quality to the work.   Vadim is the absolute best contractor I have ever had to work in my home and I will use him for any other projects I need done.   My husband and I have hired Monumental for two huge reno projects; first, to renovate our master bathroom, and just recently to convert a bedroom into a second floor laundry room and smaller sized guest bedroom. Vadim's attention to detail is matched only by my own perfectionism. He is reliable, diligent, trustworthy, and a skilled craftsman. Vadim is extremely responsive to questions and concerns, genuinely listens to what his clients want, and goes out of his way to make sure his clients are happy. If you are looking for a contractor you can depend on, you've found him. If I could give Vadim more than 5 stars, I would.

  We could not have chosen a better person than Vadim Matskevitch to remodel a very little bathroom in our old home (1930). He strove to keep my design ideas in mind and then carried them out meticulously. A true craftsman! He kept an open line of communication, quickly responding to my questions, his time of arrivals, etc - so important to a homeowner! And he knows and does it all! He carefully considered any obstacles, problem-solved, installed electrical and plumbing according to code, let me know what ideas worked, what didn't. But never did I feel like he was rushing through my job to begin his next one. He cleaned up every night too! I would recommend Vadim, along with his wife, Bruna, of Monumental Construction to anyone who wants top quality in their home renovation. Ten stars!

  Hiring Monumental to renovate my bathroom was undoubtedly the right decision. Vadim is a true professional, a highly skilled craftsman and he did the job the right way. He’s a perfectionist with a methodical approach, good communication, respectful and super clean. It was not an easy job due to small, confined space, however the transformation of my bathroom is truly astonishing! Thanks to Vadim and his wife Bruna for styling my new bathroom - it looks better than the ones in the magazines. I love love love it and especially all of Bruna’s finishing touches, such perfect picks. I highly recommend Monumental Construction for all your remodeling needs, I will definitely be using them for my next bathroom remodel.
