  When dealing with the behemoth that is Home Depot, you expect screw-ups once and a while. The automation so relied upon to run an operation of this magnitude sometimes creates customer service challenges that could range from an inconvenience to a nightmare. A recent purchase to upgrade my deck quickly grew into the later. The system screwed up my delivery setting me up for two days of phone calls and frustration. No one was able to help. I finally decided to forget the phone and head to the store to speak to someone in person. Here is the reson for the 5 star rating. I met Aaron, one of the mangers. He took a true interest in solving the problem and personally handled what Home Depot couldn't. The 5 stars are for him. Thanks Aaron.

  I have been in New Milford well before NM Home Depot come. I must say there is a massive improvement in the store Management over the past year. I have been building a house so I go there often. Jacob in the window dept, Aaron who is the manager, Kety in customer service, and Jen also Manager, all have been great to work with. Very personable and great customer service. Gone are the days when I would be walking in Home Depot aimlessly trying to find someone to help me. I have been so impressed and such a improvement, that I had to write a 5 star review! Thanks again from The Patel family.

  New Milford home Depot has got to be one of the best Home Depots in America! This is 100% because of the staff who work here. I've been to this Home Depot a million times over the last 18 months as I've been building a house. More often than not i have at least one question and I have never been ignored or pushed off to another department and no one seems annoyed by customers! These days this is unfortunately not the case most places. Almost everyone has been kind and not only helpful but funny, generous and genuine. I appreciate you for that 🙏 you're making the world a better place.

  I've never failed to find what I need at Home Depot (except for automotive, which they don't carry), even though the one near me is one of the smaller ones. I needed a handrail bracket. Walked in, found 3 choices. Picked one, paid for it, went home and installed it. Zip zap, easy peasy. Great store, helpful people, good price.

  Stocked with every tool and fixture imaginable. Extensive section for gardening, custom paint mixing, illumination and lumber. Staff helpful though scant. Self check-out counters at the door.
